L’Irish coffee, classico cocktail after dinner, è un goloso caffè corretto ideale da sorseggiare nelle giornate più fredde. Questo cocktail, che ha fatto la storia dei pub irlandesi, è stato creato nel 1943 da Joes Sheridan, chef dello Shannon Foynes Port, il secondo porto più grande d'Irlanda, nella contea di Limerick. Il quadrante, con dettagli 3D nella parte alta, non poteva che riprendere i caldi toni del caffè sfumato da whisky irlandese e spezie come noce moscata e cannella.
