Out of Order Watches offre una garanzia di 2 anni per tutti gli orologi acquistati direttamente attraverso il nostro sito ufficiale.
La garanzia ha validità dalla data di acquisto e copre eventuali difetti di fabbricazione relativi ai materiali o alla manodopera che interessano i componenti essenziali dell’orologio: movimento, cassa, bracciale o cinturino, lancette e indici.
In caso di problemi riconducibili a difetti coperti dalla garanzia, provvederemo a una riparazione o sostituzione dell’orologio, a condizione che l’utilizzo sia stato conforme alle istruzioni fornite.
Per gli acquisti effettuati presso rivenditori autorizzati, la gestione della garanzia è affidata direttamente al punto vendita dove è stato effettuato l’acquisto.
Nota bene: la garanzia non copre danni non imputabili alla qualità dei materiali o della lavorazione e non si estende a componenti non specificati sopra.

This partnership introduces an exclusive service for Pisa 1940 customers: those who entrust their timepieces to the expert hands of Pisa 1940’s technicians will receive a temporary-use OOO - Out of Order® watch created specifically for this collaboration.
An Exclusive Design Between Tradition and Innovation
Each OOO - Out of Order® watch made for Pisa 1940 represents a perfect synthesis of vintage style, contemporary design and the brand’s distinctive “Damaged in Italy” finish, a patented hallmark of the Venetian company.
A distinctive feature is the absence of corporate logos on the dial replaced by the words “Not for sale” at 6 o’clock in SuperLuminova C3. The closed case back is engraved with the collaboration’s signature while the inner ring bears the phrase “Please, treat me bad,” symbolizing OOO - Out of Order®’s famous “Damaged in Italy” mantra. The design is completed with a soft, aged leather strap.
