Two year warranty
Out of Order Watches is dedicated to providing its customers with a 2-year warranty for watches purchased directly through our official Out of Order Watches website.
Our two-year warranty is valid from the date of purchase and ensures that any manufacturing defects related to materials or workmanship on the essential components of the watch (movement, case, bracelet or strap, hands, and indices) will be promptly resolved with a replacement or repair, provided that the use has been normal and in accordance with the instructions.
For purchases made through channels other than our site, such as authorized retailers, the warranty management is entrusted to the retailer where the purchase was made. Please note that the warranty does not cover damages not related to the quality of materials or workmanship, and does not extend to components not previously mentioned. For further details on our warranty policy, we invite you to contact us directly.

This partnership introduces an exclusive service for Pisa 1940 customers: those who entrust their timepieces to the expert hands of Pisa 1940’s technicians will receive a temporary-use OOO - Out of Order® watch created specifically for this collaboration.
An Exclusive Design Between Tradition and Innovation
Each OOO - Out of Order® watch made for Pisa 1940 represents a perfect synthesis of vintage style, contemporary design and the brand’s distinctive “Damaged in Italy” finish, a patented hallmark of the Venetian company.
A distinctive feature is the absence of corporate logos on the dial replaced by the words “Not for sale” at 6 o’clock in SuperLuminova C3. The closed case back is engraved with the collaboration’s signature while the inner ring bears the phrase “Please, treat me bad,” symbolizing OOO - Out of Order®’s famous “Damaged in Italy” mantra. The design is completed with a soft, aged leather strap.
