Excellent customer service
I received a mother of pearl recently. As I went to adjust the band, the clasp broke. I was very upset as you cannot just buy a new strap for such a unique watch. I reached out to customer service and they immediately got back to me via email, rectified the issue and send me a brand new band for the watch free of charge…love the watch…love the company …excellent customer service !

Os not a perfect Watch not it is part of it´s magic. Itˋs been more the a monte with it and i am using it more that expected. The more you use it the more you like it. If you want a different kind of Watch I highly recomend it
