SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
OUTOFORDERWATCHES.COM ships worldwide by UPS or GLS courier.
As required by the rules of the trade, all shipments OUTOFORDERWATCHES.COM are accompanied by official invoice stating the value of the individual items in Euro.
IT IS ILLEGAL TO DECLARE A LOWER VALUE THAN THE OFFICIAL OR INDICATE THE ITEMS AS A GIFT
DATE OF DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from OUTOFORDERWATCHES.COM, San Donà di Piave (VE), from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning.
In case of delay due to the custom’s offices, customers will be contacted directly by courier or by OUTOFORDERWATCHES.COM
DELIVERY AUTHORIZED SHIPPING
Upon good’s arrival, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before a signature a proof of delivery of the shipment. The OUTOFORDERWATCHES.COM packages are carefully packed with adhesive tape placed around the package. If for any reason the package is tampered with or if the tape is not intact, clients are asked to sign the receipt, subject, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to report the incident immediately to the carrier and contact OUTOFORDERWATCHES.COM at firstname.lastname@example.org If for any reason the shipment can not be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer, the package is likely to be returned to the sender at the expense of the Customer. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by OUTOFORDERWATCHES.COM
All customers who place an order establishing a business relationship with OUTOFORDERWATCHES.COM and, therefore, undertake to accept delivery of your parcel. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requires the return to the sender any shipping charges, charged to OUTOFORDERWATCHES.COM will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
