Our two-year warranty is valid from the date of purchase and ensures that any manufacturing defects related to materials or workmanship on the essential components of the watch (movement, case, bracelet or strap, hands, and indices) will be promptly resolved with a replacement or repair, provided that the use has been normal and in accordance with the instructions.
For purchases made through channels other than our site, such as authorized retailers, the warranty management is entrusted to the retailer where the purchase was made. Please note that the warranty does not cover damages not related to the quality of materials or workmanship, and does not extend to components not previously mentioned.
