Our two-year warranty is valid from the date of purchase and ensures that any manufacturing defects related to materials or workmanship on the essential components of the watch (movement, case, bracelet or strap, hands, and indices) will be promptly resolved with a replacement or repair, provided that the use has been normal and in accordance with the instructions.
For purchases made through channels other than our site, such as authorized retailers, the warranty management is entrusted to the retailer where the purchase was made. Please note that the warranty does not cover damages not related to the quality of materials or workmanship, and does not extend to components not previously mentioned. The Shaker Spritz Bitter Automatic GMT stands out for its warm red and amber-toned gradient sapphire dial, inspired by the lively hue of the renowned Venetian cocktail. Luminescent details evoke the effervescence and citrusy notes that make the Spritz Bitter so unmistakable, while the bidirectional rotating bezel, in a bold bitter red, reflects the refreshing and distinctive nature of Italy’s signature aperitif.
On the screw-down caseback, in addition to the technical specs, you’ll find a laser-engraved image of the classic Spritz glass and a texture reminiscent of orange peel—an essential and iconic element of the cocktail. Completing the design is the famous OOO - Out of Order® motto “treat me bad,” an invitation to wear and enjoy the watch without fear.
