Two year warranty
Out of Order Watches is dedicated to providing its customers with a 2-year warranty for watches purchased directly through our official Out of Order Watches website.
Our two-year warranty is valid from the date of purchase and ensures that any manufacturing defects related to materials or workmanship on the essential components of the watch (movement, case, bracelet or strap, hands, and indices) will be promptly resolved with a replacement or repair, provided that the use has been normal and in accordance with the instructions.
For purchases made through channels other than our site, such as authorized retailers, the warranty management is entrusted to the retailer where the purchase was made. Please note that the warranty does not cover damages not related to the quality of materials or workmanship, and does not extend to components not previously mentioned. TRECENTO, crafted in 316L stainless steel and aged using OOO-Out of Order’s exclusive patent, is a nod to the mystery of the deep sea. Unique to each piece, the stabilized rust-applied indices—created through a patented process—evoke steel oxidized on the ocean floor.

A flat sapphire crystal safeguards the deep blue dial, chosen to symbolize the vastness of the ocean. For visibility in low light, SuperLumiNova C3 is applied to the index profiles, Arabic numerals, and bidirectional rotating bezel.
